This wax mandrel is used to enlarge the finger size of your rings wax models quickly and accurately. The mandrel is specially machined to incorporate a cutting steel blade that extends from the handle to the tip on the tapered section. To enlarge a wax ring, slip it on the mandrel and lightly rotate it clockwise to ream out the wax. Markings are US Standard ring sizes.
