How long does it take to process and deliver my order?
All orders are processed and delivered within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order. Outlying areas can take up to 4 days for delivery. While we make every effort to fulfil orders as quickly as possible, we are not the courier and cannot be held responsible for their delivery schedule and as such we cannot guarantee or provide specific delivery times or dates.
All website orders are processed and shipped from our head office in Pretoria.
How much will shipping cost?
Shipping charges are dependent on size and weight of parcel, as well as delivery area. Shipping for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We only ship within South Africa, however international customers can arrange their own courier. International customers please contact us via email: firstname.lastname@example.org or Tel: +27 12 323 1178 to discuss your orders.
You can skip the shipping fees with free in-store pickup at our Pretoria and Johannesburg stores. We will send you an email when your order is ready for collection.
In-store pickup at our Cape Town store is available for small orders. Large or oversized items may incur a charge. Your order will be prepared and will be ready for pick up within 3- 4 business days. Our Cape Town branch will contact you when your order arrives for collection.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number (if sent with the courier). You can use this tracking number to check the status of your parcel. If your parcel is sent with one of our drivers you will not receive a tracking number.
