W & W Per-Cast Vacuum Casting Machine

This compact machine is a superior value bench top vacuum which enables one to safely cast in even the smallest workshop. Invest on one side under vacuum to eliminate trapped air bubbles in the flask. Cast on the other side, with molten metal poured from the top and the mould shape created with vacuum assistance from the bottom and walls of the perforated flask. Complete filling and denser castings are the constant result of this excellent unit. A must have unit for jewellery and dental casting workshops, helps eliminate any casting faults.

The vacuum chamber will accommodate perforated flasks up to a maximum 5″ diameter x 7″ height, and adapter rings allow smaller, 3-3/8″ & 4″ perforated flasks to be used.

When using the vacuum chamber with perforated flasks, this allows the vacuum to be pulled through the walls as well as the bottom, ensuring a complete fill and denser castings. Can be used with solid flasks but will only pull through the bottom of the flask.
