Mini Vulcaniser

A forged yoke with acme thread allow a high degree of pressure to be applied to the upper platen. Stainless steel guide rods assure equal pressure on the platens and therefore on the mould frame being vulcanized.

Power and heat cycling lights indicate status of operation. Accurate thermostat control heats precisely and platens distribute heat evenly. Platens are unique on this machine because the heating elements are the die cast directly into the platen assuring direct transfer of heat.
