10 Piece Disc Cutter with Handle
Sizes: 3mm – 25mm

This disc cutter features a handle style opener that spreads the die plates apart. The handle also secures the metal being cut allowing for perfect discs every time. Constructed from tempered, high carbon tool steel, the set includes 11 punches ranging in diameter from 1/8″ to 1/2″ (3mm – 25mm). Each hole in the upper die plate is laser engraved with its size in inches. Maximum sheet thickness is 1 mm.

How to use a disc cutter:
*Use a disc cutter on top of a rubber pad for support or a flat surface.
*Use a cutting lubricant, to lubricate the cutting edges of the punch.
*Use a suitable mallet, never a nail driving hammer.
*Always support the opposite side of the cutter with a sheet of the same diameter metal that you are cutting. This will help keep the upper and lower parts of the disc cutter in alignment and help minimise material sticking in the disk cutter.
*Do not exceed the maximum thickness recommended for your disc cutter.
*Only cut soft non-ferrous metals like brass, copper, silver and gold.
*Make sure your cutting edges are down.
*To prevent rust, keep your disc cutter lubricated between use and store in a dry location
